Breast Cancer is increasing in the breast cancer society and every week we hear about more and more people (especially women) getting the disease. It is however a misunderstanding on part of the people to consider breast cancer as a disease that is only relevant to the women and only women are the one to suffer from it. Although the women are more likely to get the disease, the disease also occurs in men. Therefore men must also be very careful and knowledgeable about the symptoms of breast cancer for early detection and cure. Research has showed that through effective knowledge and information about the disease it can be prevented in both men and women.
